O homem de 42 anos que na sexta-feira agrediu com uma navalha um aluno, de 19 anos, no exterior da Escola Emídio Navarro, em Viseu, diz que "há muito a dizer sobre o sucedido" mas só o fará em tribunal.
"Para acontecer aquilo que aconteceu é porque houve problemas, que apenas serão esclarecidos e resolvidos em sede própria – no tribunal", disse ontem ao CM Carlos Cunha.
O agressor é marido de uma professora de Inglês daquele estabelecimento de ensino e está visivelmente transtornado com a situação em que se envolveu.
O suspeito – que foi ouvido por um juiz do Tribunal de Viseu durante cerca de três horas – vai aguardar julgamento em liberdade, sujeito a Termo de Identidade e Residência e com a proibição de se aproximar da Escola Emídio Navarro e do grupo de alunos com quem se confrontou na sexta-feira. Na altura, os estudantes estavam no intervalo das aulas.
Carlos Cunha negou-se ontem a referir os motivos que originaram os desacatos, seguidos de agressões, adiantando apenas que também se sente "vítima".
Entretanto, para evitar eventuais represálias e tentativa de vingança, a PSP de Viseu montou ontem um discreto dispositivo de vigilância nas zonas frequentadas pelo suspeito.

Fábio de Melo disse ao CM que o agressor o confundiu com outro colega da mesma turma, conhecido por ‘Cigano’, que costuma "gozar e mandar bocas" à professora de Inglês.

Os colegas do jovem têm-no visitado no Hospital de São Teotónio, onde está internado por prevenção e como medida cautelar.
